Lindenwood Apartments is a complex of studio and one-bedroom suites just outside the city limits of Albany, Oregon. Located between Albany and Corvallis, Lindenwood Apartments offers convenient proximity to local urban areas as well as the parks, trails, and tranquility of a rural community. Sharing a border with Linn-Benton Community College’s campus, Lindenwood Apartments is a natural choice for students wishing to minimize their commute to class.

Originally founded as a community for student housing, Lindenwood Apartments started as a series of 37 quad units, each with 4 bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. In 2006, to accommodate a broader range of occupants, Lindenwood Apartments undertook an extensive reconfiguration of three of the complex’s seven buildings. Now, these 3 buildings at Lindenwood Apartments comprise a total of 48 units, 24 of which are private single-bedroom apartments and 24 of which are studios of varying size and layout.

In an effort to consistently provide residents with first-class accommodations, Lindenwood Apartments is constantly undergoing improvements and making plans for the future. In 2010, Lindenwood Apartments will complete a restructuring of the facility’s landscape. A grassy common area in the center of the Lindenwood Apartment complex features a full-size, in-ground swimming pool. Here, residents of Lindenwood Apartments also have access to a brand new barbecue grill and picnic area.

In addition to well-maintained outdoor areas, Lindenwood Apartments also offers a high-tech laundry facility and community recreation room. Through Lindenwood Apartments’ online system, residents can monitor the availability of washing machines and dryers from their own computers. Lindenwood Apartments is always making enhancements to the recreation room, which already includes a walnut fireplace, a big-screen TV, and a regulation-size pool table.
