Linn Crader has been a leader in the development of middle market business valuation, and his approach is recognized by experts within the industry as cutting edge.

In addition to leading within the mergers and acquisitions field as a manager, Linn Crader is a major advocate for higher standards of professionalism and ethics within the industry. To complement this advocacy, he takes time to help professionals better understand the nature of middle market deal structures by teaching continuing-education classes on the topic. Part of what makes his strategies effective is the way in which he integrates charitable remainder trusts, estate planning, and tax saving strategies into the structure of a deal.
