Lisa Shardon received her Bachelor of Science in Transportation (emphasis in Travel and Tourism) was awarded by Niagara University in Niagara, NY. Lisa Shardon also holds certifications in International Negotiating from Harvard University, Simplified Strategic Planning for Small-to-Medium Sized Organizations from the University of Michigan and The Mid-Management Program from Southern Methodist University. Lisa Shardon was a guest keynote speaker at industry conferences such as Frost & Sullivan, on “Driving the customer experience”.
