Ambassador O’Neill was an Assistant District Attorney in the New York Country District Attorney’s Office, Special Prosecutions Bureau. There he investigated and prosecuted cases of financial and organized crime. O’Neill is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and Stanford University. He practiced law in New York at White & Case LLP before joining the District Attorney’s Office.
