Los Gatos resident Lynn O’Brien possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Management in competitive technology environments. Moreover, Lynn O’Brien is an Land Developer and is working on a resort development in Costa Rica, through her Los Gatos-based land development firm.

Over her accomplished career, Lynn O’Brien has garnered experience in Human Resources Management at organizations like Bay Networks and AccessLan. As the Director of Human Resources for the latter company, Lynn O’Brien established the division of Human Resources, laying in place and managing all benefits. Lynn O’Brien wrote the corporate policy enabling AccessLan’s growth, and she supervised administration, facilities, and systems support organizations. Prior to accepting her role at AccessLan, Lynn O’Brien held positions as Division Employee Relations Director at Bay Networks and as Director of Human Resources at Frox Technologies.

Lynn O’Brien attended UOP for her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Lynn O’Brien has also completed extensive professional training in fields from employment and labor law to advanced Human Resources Management. Outside the office, Lynn O’Brien is dedicated to improving her community in Los Gatos and the greater Bay Area. Lynn O’Brien serves as a Board Member with the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art and the San Jose Art League. Lynn O’Brien performs volunteer work with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and engages in community service with children’s programs.
