Upon graduating from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Mark Lemko entered the healthcare industry, garnering experience in high-performance marketing, sales, distribution, and corporate development positions. As Vice president of Sales and Marketing with Ferndale Laboratories, Mark Lemko enabled the pharmaceuticals manufacturer to generate $90 million in revenue, define its business model, and identify a strategic direction.

Mark Lemko left Ferndale Laboratories in 2004 to join Neocutis Inc., another aesthetic healthcare company, which focuses on dermatological products treating wounds and skin conditions without causing scarring. Since stepping into the role of President of Neocutis, Mark Lemko has directed the firm to become one of the leading cosmeceutical and biotechnology manufacturers in North America.

Most recently, Mark Lemko took on additional responsibility as founder and advisor of Da Vinci Life Sciences, which provides product development and marketing strategy consulting services to pharmaceutical groups.
