For over two decades, Mark Neeper has made a career out of creating automotive design illustrations.

Interested in pursuing art as an occupation, Mark Neeper studied at AIC, formerly known as the Colorado Institute of Art. Following graduation, Mark Neeper was mentored by a prominent Swiss automotive designer and future car illustrator. Under the designer’s guidance, Mark Neeper’s natural talents flourished, providing a foundation for the successful career that would follow.

In the late 1980’s, Mark Neeper founded Mark Neeper Design, a service specializing in automotive product design and illustration. As a design illustrator, Mark Neeper has taken on projects for many of the most renowned national and international automotive periodicals. Since he began illustrating and designing professionally, hundreds of Mark Neeper’s hand-drawn scoop car illustrations have been featured in major publications. Although still passionate about using pen and paper, Mark Neeper has embraced computer-aided drawing when creating his designs. Mark Neeper works on projects ranging from OEM styling exercises to a variety of aftermarket products.

Having lived throughout California and in New York during the formative years of his career, Mark Neeper now resides in the Rocky Mountain West with his wife, who was born in the area.
