Ranked in the top one percent of realtors nationwide for most of his career, Mark Spinks currently serves as the Director of Operations and Designated Broker at Legendary Investment Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. Through the full-service, licensed real estate brokerage, Mark Spinks assists investors maximize returns and cash flow potential during the downward turn of the market. He also helps owners through the foreclosure and short sales processes, helps investors offset losses, and helps displaced homeowners get back on track. Legendary Investment Group also offers full-service property management for landlords, and currently manages approximately 125 homes.

Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio recently nominated Mark Spinks as a Commissioner of the Ahwatukee Foothills Village Planning Committee, a division of the Phoenix Planning and Zoning Commission. Spinks was then appointed to the committee by the mayor.

As a member of the Republican party and Chairman of the Arizona Liberty Project, Mark Spinks works with the Republican party on local and federal candidate recognition and voting initiatives. Mr. Spinks and members of the Arizona Liberty Project reached out to more than 13,500 residences in the Ahwatukee area during the 2010 election cycle. Spinks is currently working on a statewide “get out the vote” campaign for the 2012 elections that involves over 50 groups and organizations within the Republican party and the Tea Party.

Mark Spinks helped after Hurricane Katrina by pairing rental home investors with churches, nonprofits, investors, and local grocery stores to provide new homes, furniture, food, and jobs to multiple families who lost everything during the storm and flooding.

A licensed private pilot, Mark Spinks enjoys spending his free time flying to new places across Arizona and discovering remote destinations. Spinks also enjoys backpacking and hiking.
