Prior to consulting, Marwan Arbache spent seven years working for M.F.P Michelin as an engineer in the research and development department. Mr. Arbache was eventually promoted an industrialization manager position. As an industrialization manager, Arbache was responsible for the manufacturing process of truck tires for the European and African areas.

While completing his education, Mr. Arbache began working as a trainee biophysics scientist for Curie Institute, a medical and biological research center. From there, Arbache became a workshop manager assistant for Reckitt Benkiser PLC, a cleaning products manufacture.
