A specialist in organizational development, team dynamics and leadership effectiveness, Mary Hladio brings more than 15 years of experience to her engagements. Mary Hladio has held senior roles at Northern Trust Bank, Saba Software and Hill-Rom Inc. Currently she is the founder and president of Ember Carriers Leadership Group, an organizational performance consulting firm, which offer clients customized approaches to increase efficiency and long-term profitability.

Holding a multitude of professional, educational and personal interests, organizational development executive Mary Hladio maintains a balanced and holistic lifestyle. Apart from her time spent developing her business Mary Hladio enriches her performance through associations with some of the strongest organizations in her field. A member of local area Chambers of Commerce, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Mary Hladio continually strives to uphold the highest professional standards of her occupation. Over the years, Mary Hladio has won several certifications including a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from the Harrington Institute, Certified Corporate Coach and Project Management Certification, among others. In addition, Mary Hladio has shared her expertise in leadership development, continuous improvement and project management as an Adjunct Instructor and visiting lecturer at local colleges and universities.

A generous and caring figure in her community, Mary Hladio donates time, energy, and resources to numerous charitable causes. Mary Hladio maintains involvement with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and spends time volunteering at various nonprofits. An athlete as well, Mary Hladio has successfully completed several marathons as a member of Team In Training and Miles that Matter in Cincinnati, Ohio, Anchorage, Alaska, and Virginia Beach, VA.

Aside from running, Mary Hladio enjoys spending her free time reading the latest in business literature. A fan of Malcolm Gladwell, Jim Collins, Peter Drucker and others, Mary Hladio counts The Tipping Point, Good to Great, and The Effective Executive among her favorite books. Currently residing in Cincinnati, OH, Mary Hladio has worked across America, Europe and Asia helping organizations move from possibilities to results.
