For Massey Haraguchi, the passion to create, edit, design and produce has always been second nature.
Haraguchi is a dedicated and passionate graphic artist who is currently a manager of the graphics and web department for The Walking Company.

However, Haraguchi’s talents cover more than just digital design. His skills extend to designing retail store signage such as posters, signs, catalogs, and other important marketing collateral to maintain a high quality company image.

Haraguchi is currently enrolled in the Graphic Design Certificate program at Santa Barbara City College, which is the latest step in his artistic studies. Massy Haraguchi earned his B.A. in Art Studio from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002.

After earning his degree, Haraguchi became an associate at Motion Engineering Inc. At Motion Engineering, Haraguchi began learning that his remarkable talents could make an impact on a company’s image. Massey Haraguchi flexes a variety of computer software experience ranging from Adobe Creative Suite 3 including expert knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as web programs – Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver.

Ms. Massey took his talents one step further as a graphic and web designer for Superconductor Technologies, where he radically redesigned aspects of their marketing and advertising department while updating the company’s image and website.

Not only is Haraguchi a talented designer, he is also enthusiastic about outdoor activities. Haraguchi loves to play tennis, soccer, surf and go running. This active lifestyle helps fuel his creative designs. Haraguchi gives back to many charities and philanthropic organizations, including American Red Cross, Environment California, and the YMCA. Massey is a Mac lover at heart, pursuing a new found passion for photography.
