Matias Bullrich is an investor in SAMBA Development Group, a company led by Esteban Buljevich and Nicolas Hancevic. SAMBA develops properties in the Argentine coastal town of Carilo. One of SAMBA’s current projects under development is Seabreeze. It is located on an oceanfront lot of 26,900 sq. ft. It has 7 studios, 8 one-bed and 14 two-bed apartments. Seabreeze construction started last September 2008 and from then on works have progressed at a rapid pace. So far, the underground, ground, first, second and third floors have already been built up. The estimated date for conclusion of works is November 2009.
