Sandofsky

Committed to an array of social and political causes, Matt Sandofsky frequently contributes his support as a volunteer. Most recently, Matt Sandofsky offered volunteer services to City Life/Vida Urbana in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. Previously, in 2006, Matt Sandofsky volunteered with for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Coalition. During his time, Matt Sandofsky also volunteered on a weekly basis for the Midnight Mission, directly assisting individuals and families struggling with homelessness. In 2004 and 2005, Matt Sandofsky volunteered as an Organizer for the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition in Los Angeles, California. Matt Sandofsky notably coordinated lectures for prominent public figures including Peter Camejo and Ralph Nader. In addition to his extensive volunteer work, Matt Sandofsky donates regularly to the People For the American Way, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the DNC. Matt Sandofsky earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Politics from Framingham State University in 2010. Matt Sandofsky’s educational history includes studying Dutch social policy and public planning at the University of Amsterdam. Pursuing an array of professional interests, Matt Sandofsky most recently served full-time as a Sales Associate with Energy Support Services. Matt Sandofsky’s professional history also includes political advocacy work for the Massachusetts Dental Society from 2009 to 2010.

Students will not only explore the policies behind issues such as immigration, drugs and sex work but will also look at their social implications in Amsterdam. Through this program students will gain a better understanding of the social policies and concept of pragmatic tolerance within The Netherlands. They will also have a chance to explore Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

    Energy Sales Associate
    As a Sales Associate for Energy Support Services, Matt Sandofsky is successful in the sells of energy conservation related products and packages to supermarkets throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Matt Sandofsky is responsible lead generation, on-site presentations to potential customers, drafting sales proposals and distribution to clients and regional utility companies.

    Assistant to the Director of Government Affairs
    In his role as Assistant to the Director of Government Affairs, Matt Sandofsky conducted research on pending legislation that was to be addressed or of interest of the Director of Government Affairs. Additional duties included the drafting of Massachusetts Dental Society organizational literature for distribution to members of the Massachusetts General Court. Providing full service to the Director, Matt Sandofsky drafted various correspondence memorandums to the Director’s constituents, associates and organizational donors. Finally, Matt Sandofsky rounded out his experience with successful preparation and organization of donor solicitation campaigns
