As a former field sales representative in southern Georgia and northern Florida, Melody Sheorn most recently worked with Novartis AG and inVentiv Health. She represented the companies to physicians, providers, and other key figures. She was responsible for providing all the necessary information regarding medication and prescriptions, as well as discussing sales with current and potential clients. As a result, Sheorn developed expert knowledge about the products that she presented. Elected to the Representative Advisory Board and designated as product lead for a “P1” product, she was named Representative of Distinction for 2011.

Prior to her career in pharmaceuticals, Melody Sheorn served as a customer service manager and sales representative for three Langdale Automotive Group locations. In Sylvester, Manchester, and Tifton, Georgia, Sheorn helped with developmental and marketing strategies, assisted in the coordination and design of Internet advertisements, and oversaw the company website. In this role, she acted as a liaison between customers and the dealership. Her responsibilities included maintaining healthy customer relationships and ensuring that the needs of the clientele were being met. Sheorn developed, then implemented a follow-up program for increasing customer satisfaction, earning a GM Mark of Excellence for her integrity.

From 1983 until 2006, Melody Sheorn served as a flight attendant and flight attendant trainer for US Airways, Inc., representing the airlines at public relations events and helping to design training programs for new attendants. She serves as a Certified Professional Flight Attendant, a qualified Private Yacht Stewardess, and a licensed Private Pilot. Sheorn earned her Bachelor’s in Architectural and Interior Design from Western Kentucky University and completed postgraduate coursework in engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Throughout her career, Melody Sheorn has developed expertise in public relations and customer service. Bilingual in English and French, she possesses proficiency with a variety of marketing strategies and an ability to collect and provide succinct analyses of information. Possessing experience as a team leader, Melody Sheorn takes pride in her versatility and ability to multitask.
