Mic Sean Spence is a practicing Attorney in New York State and the CEO of Soul Rebel NY or SRNY. SRNY is a boutique artist management and development company based out of New York City. SRNY provides various services such as business consulting, a&r consulting, branding, marketing, promotions and event management. SRNY assists emerging artists will the tasks necessary to progress in today’s complex entertainment industry.

Mic Sean is a graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park, where he earned a BS in Marketing in 2004 and of Howard University’s School of Law, where he earned a J.D. in 2007. After graduation, he spent over a year as Co-Host of Real Late with Peter Rosenberg on Hot 97 in New York City. During his time at Hot 97 he also freelanced as a writer for Scheme Magazine, a progressive urban music webzine.

Mic Sean is currently focused on SRNY, through which he recently produced “NoiseMakers with Peter Rosenberg” and his law practice.
