Michael Arrington is the Founder and Co-Editor of Techcrunch.com, the leading technology-focused blog in the world. Arrington started the blog in 2005 while starting up another web company; however, Techcrunch began taking up more and more of his time as his audience continued to grow, ultimately reaching more than 1mm readers a month at present. In addition to the core weblog, Michael launched and manages a full network of technology blogs with various niche or geographic contexts.

Michael is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and 1995 graduate of Stanford Law School. After working for a few years with a corporate law firm, he jumped into the start-up world, working with RealNames, Archex, Zip.ca, Pool.com, and Edgio. Michael recently expanded the Techcrunch brand to include various conferences and award-granting events.
