Mr. Michael Coluzzi is a New Jersey-based attorney and real estate agent with more than 15 years of business experience. Michael Coluzzi began his career after graduating from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Michael Coluzzi accepted the position of Staff Accountant for the Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. After two years, Michael Coluzzi decided to pursue his interest in law, enrolling in Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While still in law school, Michael Coluzzi worked as a law clerk for Maressa, Goldstein, Birsner, Patterson, Drinkwater & Oddo, P.C., a well-established law firm in Berlin, New Jersey. Upon graduating with his Juris Doctor, Michael Coluzzi accepted a full-time position with the firm as an Associate Attorney. While employed by Maressa, Goldstein, Birsner, Patterson, Drinkwater & Oddo, P.C., Michael Coluzzi represented clients in the areas of family law, personal injury law and business litigation. Upon leaving the law firm, Michael Coluzzi accepted a position with Thomson West as an Outside Sales Representative. Focused on selling legal research technologies and IT software, Michael Coluzzi successfully employed his dynamic personality and intuitive sales skills to sell over $1M worth of product. Following a successful period at Thomson West, Michael Coluzzi began investing in real estate and co-founded Strategic Realty Associates, LLC, in Delran, New Jersey. Initially a stand-alone realty company, Strategic Realty Associates eventually expanded with the establishment of an affiliate company, Archway Construction, LLC. As the Operations and Investments Manager for Strategic Realty Associates and Archway Construction, Michael Coluzzi handled the project management responsibilities, effectively maintaining an average ROI of 27% on investment projects. Currently, Michael Coluzzi works as an attorney, real estate consultant and investor. Michael Coluzzi represents clients with legal needs in the areas of Zoning & Planning, Land Use, Real Estate, Real Estate Valuation, Construction, Consumer Fraud and Municipal Court. Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael Coluzzi maintains a number of diverse interests, including playing and listening to a wide variety of music, reading self-improvement and non-fiction books, exercise and home remodeling. Michael Coluzzi currently resides in Southern New Jersey with his family.
