A dedicated Educator and Administrator, Michael Duoto has developed an educational philosophy based on finding and nurturing each individual student’s talents. Michael Duoto has spent more than 20 years working in international and private secondary schools, and he excels at fostering a culture of educational excellence. Moreover, Michael Duoto has evidenced his ability to form strong relationships with co-workers and parents, as well as the greater community. In the past, Michael Duoto was Director of the Boarding Unit at the Canadian Academy. Subsequently, the Singapore American School recruited Michael Duoto to act as its Deputy Principal. Michael Duoto served at the Singapore American School for eight years, and he received plaudits for coordinating its Interim Semester Travel/Study Program. Michael Duoto arranged incredible opportunities for students to grow socially, culturally, and emotionally while visiting locales around the world. Moreover, Michael Duoto has founded and operated his own private secondary school. Under Michael Duoto’s guidance, the school increased its enrollment exponentially over only a few years, and it continues to prosper under his wife’s direction. Michael Duoto holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Master of Educational Administration from San Diego State University. Michael Duoto wrote his dissertation on factors affecting job satisfaction for repatriated managers. Michael Duoto shares his success with others by supporting the Canyon Crest Academy Foundation and the Grauer School Foundation. Michael Duoto also makes a difference in the world by tutoring underprivileged students.
