Michael Hoesly graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management. In college, Michael Hoesly maintained membership in the fraternity Phi Kappa Theta and held multiple leadership positions. His fraternity brothers nominated him for the Father Edward J. Weisenberg Outstanding Brother of the Year Award for his devotion and accomplishments. Michael Hoesly also fulfilled many responsibilities working as a lifeguard for Avalon Beach Patrol in New Jersey while balancing schoolwork and his commitments to Phi Kappa Theta.

After graduation, Michael Hoesly started as Account Manager for Ecolab in St. Paul, Minnesota. Hoesly contributes to the food sanitation industry-leading company by attentively caring for clients’ accounts, developing new business contacts, and selling Ecolab’s products.

Michael Hoesly also works in Direct Sales and Internet Marketing for his own online firm. Hoesly heads his company’s daily financial, sales, website development, and strategic planning operations in addition to planning the expansion of the enterprise. He enjoys the independence the company affords him; when not in his home office, Hoesly plays golf, skis, travels, water-skis, and visits family. He also sends a regular e-mail newsletter in which he advises people on strategies to develop their own work-from-home operations. He contends that the system gives people a solid platform on which to create profitable ventures that can help them quit their jobs and potentially retire early.

Appreciating the significance of charity and community service, Michael Hoesly has mentored children as a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters. He also contributes to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
