KTI Inc. President and Chief Legal Officer Michael Kroul specializes in the transportation brokerage company’s law management issues and development strategies. Coming from prior experience in the trade industry, Michael Kroul served as Vice President of International Corporate Counsel at Lambert of Arkansas. After Michael Kroul’s Juris Doctor education from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he became admitted to the New York, Tennessee, and Minnesota State Bars. Michael Kroul is also a member to Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. For his undergraduate degree, Michael Kroul attended Emory University.

Michael Kroul joined KTI in 2005. In addition to handling all legal issues for the company, Michael Kroul supervises all shipment, carrier brokerage, and sales contracts. Michael Kroul’s responsibilities with sales strategies increased in 2006, and since then, has increased KTI’s annual revenues by 300 percent. Michael Kroul handles more than 15,000 contracted carriers for KTI.

Michael Kroul collaborates with KTI’s CEO to execute company policies. Researching and developing improved business strategies for its less than truckload, container drayage, intermodal, and over-the-road transportation services, Michael Kroul achieves more than 75 percent sales growth each year. Michael Kroul’s management over consulting, transportation, and customer service teams ensure follow through of all KTI contracts.

KTI and Michael Kroul have accomplished several accolades, including a “Top 25 List” rating in the Minneapolis Business Journal and rank on Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Representing KTI as its Chief Legal Officer, Michael Kroul holds membership with the Association of Transportation Law Professionals and Transportation Lawyers Association.
