Michael Pilevsky is a Managing Director of Philips International, one of the largest privately owned real estate development and property management organizations in New York. As part of the executive management team at Philips International, for the past eight years Mr. Pilevsky has overseen all aspects of ownership, development, sales, acquisitions, leasing and property management for over 200 properties consisting of retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, residential properties, hotels, commercial condominiums and residential cooperatives nationwide. Specifically in the retail sector, Mr. Pilevsky has been involved in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of over 25 shopping centers specializing in the Northeast and Florida. Commercial and residential projects are part of the Philips International project mix. Mr. Pilevsky, through Philips International, participates in the management of over one million square feet of retail space in Florida and several million square feet of retail and office space located in New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Delaware, Texas and Connecticut. Mr Pilevsky also oversees the company’s various hotel projects, many of which have achieved national and international acclaim. Before relocating to New York, Mr. Pilevsky headed Philips International’s Southeast Region office in Florida, one of whose properties is Palm Springs Mile, the largest shopping center in the State. In addition to his current responsibilities, Mr. Pilevsky continues to oversee management, operations and leasing activities conducted from the Florida office. Mr. Pilevsky has a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
