With three decades in the real estate development sector, Mitchell Right has served as owner of Right Construction in Denver since January 2011. The firm continues work undertaken by The Mitchell E. Right Company Inc. since 1993. In addition to building services, Right Construction offers remodeling, personal consulting, and tenant finish-out work on residential and commercial units. Project management capacities involve providing solutions to specific problems, including construction workflow, time management, and subcontractor issues. In his work as project manager, Mitchell Right offers experienced supervision so clients can save money and be assured of their project’s success.

Mitchell Right entered the construction industry in 1975. As co-owner of The Mitcharles Corporation for 17 years, he developed and sold town and custom homes in many areas of Denver, including properties on Fillmore Street, Garfield Street, Josephine Street, Alameda Avenue, and Cherry Hills Drive. After founding his own company, he completed several prominent custom house projects, including a $2 million 6900-square-foot property on Polo Club Drive in the old Polo Grounds. His firm also constructed two townhomes on Humboldt Street, one of which achieved a selling price of $2.3 million. In 2004, Mitchell Right built a single-family residence in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, which was placed on the market for over $7.5 million. He took co-ownership of a 12-unit condominium building in Melbourne, Florida, in 2004. He has continued to invest in Florida real estate over the years, renovating a Palm Beach, Florida, condominium in 2006 that sold for $4.7 million.

Active in the Denver community, Mitchell Right holds longstanding affiliation with Temple Emmanuel. He orchestrated a renovation project of the Emmanuel Cemetery in 2009 that earned him recognition as Volunteer of the Year. A fine-dining enthusiast, he counts Morton’s The Steakhouse, Elway’s, and L’Atelier among his favorite Colorado establishments. Mitchell Right has maintained status as a licensed general contractor in the county and city of Denver since the age of 20, and he has credentials for leading the construction of a variety of properties.
