Since 1981, Senior Operations Executive Nancy Taylor has held exciting, diverse positions with increasing amounts of responsibility. Now living in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Ms. Taylor possesses a wealth of experience in team building and development, process and performance improvement, growing profits and revenue, and strategic planning.

Most recently, in Los Angeles, Nancy Taylor served Jack in the Box Inc., a company she joined in 1998, and she rose to the position of a Region Group Vice President. In that role, she took responsibility for 3 West Coast geographic areas that featured 350 locations, over 9,800 employees, and an annual sales volume of $550 million. Rancho Cucamonga’s Nancy Taylor consistently garnered Best Overall Operations awards, recognizing her performance in sales and profits, customer service, and food safety. The Rancho Cucamonga resident supervised the Region’s personnel, implementation of marketing programs, office administration, and oversaw day-to-day operations. While living in Rancho Cucamonga, she enabled the company’s growth by approving new real estate sites and construction and ensuring new restaurants were fully staffed prior to grand openings.

From 1984 to 1996, Nancy Taylor contributed to Burger King Corporation in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Sacramento. She became a Franchise Operations Consultant in 1992, before moving to Rancho Cucamonga. In this role, she helped increase the profitability of more than 164 franchise restaurants, improved customer satisfaction and sales through service and operational enhancements. In addition, Ms. Taylor served as an Assistant Manager I and II, Restaurant Manager, European New Restaurant Coordinator, Area Training Specialist, Company District Manager, and Manager of Operations Training.

Before living in Rancho Cucamonga, Nancy Taylor also worked for the Dublin, Ohio-based Wendy’s International, Inc., where she acted as a Manager-in-training, Assistant Manager, and Restaurant Manager in some of the firm’s Phoenix stores.
