Nathan is the chief designer for Dawson Clinton and Seney Residential Design. DC&S is a residential design company with a strong background in the construction industry. They design remodels, additions and new construction. Nathan is soon to be a licensed architect but is awaiting final approval. Nathan’s partners are general contractors we’re based in San Francisco and expanding into the Puget Sound market. They’re really excited about the design climate and the potential for building in this area.

DC&S specializes in modern designs with efficient spaces and slick interiors. They like to use rich materials and minimal modern details to keep the spaces clean. Their construction experience allows them to design well and efficiently and to consider constructability factors in design. This experience also allows them to communicate well with contractors. They are builders so they understand the language of the field and builders concerns, which can be of a particular concern with modern designs.
