After graduating from Davis High School in California, Nicholas Benson gained valuable professional experience in a number of positions for various business and companies. With a hard-working and team-oriented attitude, Mr. Benson trained marketers, managed subcontractors, and established new business leads for College Works Painting (CWP) in 2006 and 2007. Nicholas Benson also learned the basics of administering payroll, hiring new employees, and releasing individuals who performed poorly at CWP. As a Building Maintenance Technician at SP Group Inc., Mr. Benson communicated with C-level executives, wrote internal documents for the Vice President, and supervised contractors.

Additionally, Nicholas Benson volunteered at Davis High School for one year as an Assistant Wrestling Coach. Pleased with his work and impressed by his commitment to the students, Davis High School hired him as a paid coach for the following season. Mr. Benson improved the wrestlers’ sportsmanship and mental toughness in addition to increasing their strength and agility. Several Davis High wrestlers competed in sub-sectional and state qualifier tournaments under Mr. Benson’s direction.

Nicholas Benson earned his Associate degree in General Education and Communication as a two-time Academic All-American and as a member of the academic Honors Program at Sacramento City College (SCC). As a starting member of SCC’s varsity wrestling squad, he learned many of the advanced techniques he used to coach the students on the wrestling team at Davis High School. He went on to enroll at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Sociology. Nicholas Benson juggled a rigorous course load at UC Davis with employment at Six-Pac Recycling Corp and other local businesses.

Apart from his temporary duties at Six-Pac Recycling, Nick Benson prepares for a legal career by studying for the LSAT (Law School Admission Test). He enjoys day trading, staying fit, working on classic cars, and spending time with his dog in his spare time.
