Recruited to this position in 2007, Mr. Kassab operates out of the company’s investment division. At Capacity Commercial Group, he focuses his efforts on investment sales, as well as retail and office leasing. Prior to assuming his present role, Nicholas Kassab functioned as owner and President of Monroe Street Partners. Nicholas Kassab boasts many professional honors and accolades. Presently licensed as a real estate broker in the state of Oregon, he maintains active memberships in both the Commercial Association of Realtors and the Portland Business Alliance. Mr. Kassab also belongs to the University of Oregon Alumni Association, the University of Denver Alumni Association, and the Friends of the Marilyn Moyer Chapel. Recently, Mr. Kassab garnered the Portland Business Journal Commercial Association of Realtors’ distinguished Rookie of the Year Award. Nicholas Kassab holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Denver (DU), graduating cum laude in 2006. He also secured an MS in Real Estate and Construction Management while at DU. Prior to earning his graduate degrees, Mr. Kassab attended the University of Oregon, earning a BS in Economics in 2004. In his free time, Nicholas Kassab enjoys a wide variety of recreational activities, including sports such as tennis and golf. He also contributes regularly to charitable projects such as Camp Easter Seals and the First Tee of Greater Portland.
