Nick Anthis is a 2005 Rhodes Scholar currently studying for a D.Phil in Biochemistry. Nick is also editor of The Scientific Activist, a blog covering the intersection of science and politics. A graduate of Texas A&M where he studied blood vessel development, Nick is focusing his current research on the study of cell surface proteins. Nick hopes to influence science policy and knowledge through a professorship at a leading institution.
