Mr. Nick S. Williams leverages over 10 years of professional legal experience toward his current role as a Partner at a full-service law firm. Working with a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations and executives, Nick S. Williams utilizes his extensive experience to litigate commercial, corporate, copyright, and a number of other civil matters. Nick Sondhi Williams’ wide range of experience includes commercial disputes, employment discrimination, fraud, FLSA and state law, white-collar criminal matters, and preparation of Wells submissions. Prior to joining the firm, Nick S. Williams served as a Senior Associate for Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP. In this role, Nick S. Williams focused on litigating class actions pertaining to FLSA, ERISA, and RESPA. A talented leader, Nick S. Williams played a key role in recruiting and managing a team of over three junior associates and two paralegals. Nick S. Williams has also held roles as the Principal of his private law office; Associate of Litigation at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP; and Associate of Litigation at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Nick S. Williams matriculated at the University of Virginia School of Law, from which he graduated with his Juris Doctor. Committed to supplementing his academic experience, Nick S. Williams played an active role on the Articles Review Board for the Virginia Journal of International Law. Nick S. Williams also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from George Mason University. Nick Sondhi Williams’ consistent dedication to academic excellence led to his graduating with high honors, as well as his receiving the Faculty Award for Outstanding Senior in the Department of Public and International Affairs. Nick S. Williams is currently a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
