Mr. Thompson is the co-founder of Groupmark and is responsible for managing the company’s trading and marketing divisions. He has extensive trading experience in equities and options and has acted as a market maker in the Nasdaq OTC markets for many years, while managing the trading operations of his company. His trading experience includes proprietary trading, market making, arbitrage, investment hedging and option strategies. More recently, he has focused on creating and executing proprietary computer system trading.

Mr. Thompson also has a broad knowledge base of business administration, ranging from technical operations to financial management, and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance. Through his numerous business achievements, he has become reputed in the industry for his successful turnaround of troubled companies.

To his credit, Mr. Thompson has participated in the development of software for a software services company. He has also implemented a strategic operational organization for an international mobile communications company. Additionally, Mr. Thompson successfully headed a crisis management team for an oil and gas company.
