A skilled professional real estate appraiser, Nicolas E. Anitsakis brings significant experience to his current position as Project Manager/Land Consultant for Contract Land Staff, LLC. In his position, Nicolas Anitsakis is responsible for the management of a major electrical transmission project for Kelson Transmission. As the project leader, Nicolas Anitsakis manages the daily operations of the project, including survey permitting, title completion, and land acquisition. Mr. Anitsakis is also responsible for hiring workers, ensuring timely project delivery, and delivering weekly progress reports to clients.

Nicolas Anitsakis came to Contact Land Staff, LLC after five successful years with the Houston-based real estate appraisal firm, Fox & Bubela, Inc. As a licensed appraiser with the company, Nicolas Anitsakis efficiently and accurately appraised real estate for commercial clients, including Amoco Petroleum, British Petroleum, and Bank of America, among other prominent businesses. Nicolas Anitsakis also served several local and state government agencies, including the Texas Department of Transportation, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, and other similar clients. Mr. Anitsakis’ expertise in real estate appraisal included strong project budgeting skills, competence in easement negotiations, and comprehensive feasibility analysis.

Nicolas Anitsakis began his career in real estate appraisal after graduating from Texas A&M University. Earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Nicolas Anitsakis was a prominent part of the Texas A&M campus as an Official University Representative and a member of the Student Senate. In his spare time, Nicolas Anitsakis enjoys a number of hobbies, including scuba diving, skiing, and photography. An avid reader, Nicolas Anitsakis counts Shakespeare’s Henry V, George Orwell’s 1984, and Joseph Heller’s Catch-22 as personal favorites.

Nicolas Anitsakis is professionally affiliated with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, a globally active association of professional real estate appraisers.
