Norman graduated from the University of Virginia majoring in History and also minored in Afro-American and African Studies. Norman also took several classes in Economics. At the University, Norman participated in many organizations, a few of which were The Virginia Gentlemen, Peer Health Education, and the 4th Year Class Trustees. After graduating, Norman worked as a research assistant for a grant from the Carter G. Woodson Institute, of which the subject was a historic African-American cemetery in Charlottesville. Norman is currently working for JBoss Inc. where he is responsible for Sales and Channels in the central US.
