A financial services professional and budget administrator with more than 25 years of relevant experience, Owen Sinclair currently runs a private independent financial consulting practice in Oceanside, New York. Owing much of his success to the strong educative foundations of his formative years, Owen Sinclair gained admission to the University of Pennsylvania following graduation from high school. From 1980 through 1984, Owen Sinclair pursued a wide range of studies at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration on business administration and finance. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984, Owen Sinclair began working in New York City, landing a post with the New York Life Insurance Company. For two years, Owen Sinclair served as a Technical Analyst and Mutual Fund Analyst for the New York Life Insurance Company, where he managed payments, billing, and other financial details for various corporate health insurance client firms. In 1987, Owen Sinclair joined the team at Nikko Capital Management (now Nikko Asset Management Co. Ltd.) and began a new career as a Portfolio Administrator. Over the next three years, Owen Sinclair oversaw numerous portfolio reports at Nikko, calculating interest on short-term investments and evaluating performance of international portfolios. From Nikko, Owen Sinclair moved on to serve as a Portfolio Performance Analyst at Chase Consulting Group, LLC, working on portfolios for both public and private client firms. Since then, Owen Sinclair has performed as a Registered Representative for Prudential Financial, Inc.; a Budget Analyst in the Corporate Actuarial Department at AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company; and a Budget Examiner and Deputy Budget Director in the Nassau County Office of Management and Budget, where he served from May 2002 through December 2008. A 2008 graduate of the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College, City University of New York), Owen Sinclair holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Owen Sinclair lives and works on Long Island.
