After graduating from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Page Hopkins began her on-camera career as a Weekend Anchor with KTVE-TV in Monroe, Louisiana. Following her time with KTVE-TV, Page Hopkins held anchoring positions with WWCP-TV/WATM-TV in Pennsylvania and News 12 New Jersey. While with the 24-hour news station in New Jersey, Page Hopkins received an Emmy nomination for her series, Foster Care: Holes in the Safety Net, which exposed shortcomings in the state’s foster care system. In February 1999, Page Hopkins accepted a position with Bloomberg Television to anchor Moneycast on USA Network, a financial morning show that aired across the United States. In addition to hosting Moneycast, Page Hopkins appeared on several financial programs for the corporation, earning a Front Page Award for her 2000 special, 401(k) Spring Clean-Up. Page Hopkins left Bloomberg Television in 2000, subsequently joining FOX News Network, LLC in 2002. Contributing to the network in various capacities, Page Hopkins was a mainstay on FOX & Friends Weekend and FOX News Live, two live news shows spanning five hours of coverage over the weekend. Page Hopkins also anchored the Breaking News Desk and contributed to panel discussions on The Live Desk. With nearly a decade and a half of experience as an anchor, Page Hopkins now appears on the NBC family of networks. Since joining NBC in late 2009, she has anchored the Early Today show and filled in for Dylan Ratigan in the 4 p.m. news hour with Eliot Spitzer. Page Hopkins also reads the news in primetime, and appears on the MSNBC early morning news program First Look.
