Throughout his career, Pål Roppen has advised several multinational firms as a board member, executive, or both. The well-respected recipient of professional awards and high-profile promotions from firms like McCann-Erickson and Itera Consulting Group, Pål Roppen maintains an uncompromising commitment to professional excellence.

Pål Roppen’s 25 years’ working in Norwegian and multinational advertising concerns, as well as stints in the financial and tourism industries, set Roppen Communication apart as an experienced international consulting specialist. Pål Roppen was educated at the Norwegian School of Management, the University of Oslo, and Columbia University, where he completed a leadership development program. Pål Roppen also served as a second lieutenant in the Royal Norwegian Navy.

When not working, Pål Roppen enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, biking, and spending time with his four daughters. Pål Roppen is also a member of the Stabekk Tennis veteran team. An avid reader, Pål Roppen cites Knut Hamsun, Ingvar Ambjørnsen, and Sigurd Hoel among his favorite authors. Pål Roppen received his degree in marketing in Oslo, Norway.
