Parks Brown is a Landman with Rio Grande Exploration Company, based out of Durango, Coloroda. This Austin, Texas native is a 2000 graduate of Westlake High School and went on to obtain a BA in Philosophy from Washington and Lee University in 2004. At his current company, Parks specializes in mineral title research, contract negotiation, and leasing operations in the Four Corners area.
