About Paul Iaderosa

Over the last 25 years, Paul Iaderosa has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, both as an army officer and as a senior business executive handling domestic and international affairs. In 1984, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the Virginia Military Institute. After graduating with distinction, Paul Iaderosa spent nearly a decade serving in the United States Army, commanding 2 different cavalry troops while leading patrols along the Inner-German Border. Enhancing his foreign relations expertise, he earned a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs in 1994 from the University of Pittsburgh.

Upon leaving the military, Paul Iaderosa joined the General Electric Company (GE) where he held multiple positions between 1995 and 2005. In his first role as a Commodity Team Leader for Electrical Distribution, he spearheaded a raw material cost-savings strategy for 53 plants globally. As Sourcing Manager for GE’s Power Equipment Business, Paul Iaderosa made a significant impact on the company’s bottom line, downsizing the supplier base from 12,000 to 2,600 and reducing indirect material costs by $17.4 million.

Demonstrating proficiency in process technology, Paul Iaderosa also managed materials & logistics GE’s Global Meter Business, with much of his efforts focused on executing compliant systems for the transition into the 2000s. Due to his impressive accomplishments minimizing costs and increasing productivity, Paul Iaderosa was chosen to participate in the prestigious GE Manager Development Course (MDC). This training served him well as he advanced to GE Plant Manager, overseeing 786 employees at the second largest GE Industrial Systems plant on the continent. At the pinnacle of his career with GE, he progressed to Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sourcing at GE Sensing. Leading 16 manufacturing locations in 9 countries employing 1,800 individuals, Paul Iaderosa played a vital role in generating $485 million in annual sales. In his most recent position as Senior Vice President for HD Supply, the $12 billion wholesale distribution company formerly known as Home Depot Supply, Paul Iaderosa utilized his extensive leadership experience to increase profitability for clients in multiple industries. Selected to serve as a company officer for The Home Depot, Inc., Paul Iaderosa generated over $210 million in savings for the company in his first 18 months.

An avid outdoorsman and naturalist, Paul Iaderosa enjoys reading, golf, and spending time with his family.
