Peter Barkley is a graduate of the US Naval Academy with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Spanish. Led by an interest in the application of natural language processing technology to the interface between unmanned aerial vehicles and humans, as well as its potential to aid in intelligence work and a multitude of less martial areas, Peter went to Cambridge as a Gates Scholar to study Computer Speech, Text and Internet Technology. After graduating with an MPhil in 2007, he moved to Pensacola, FL to begin flight training with the U.S. Navy.
