Educated at Texas Tech University, Peter Shaddock, Jr. possesses a talent for financial management and a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry that have set him apart throughout his career. Currently a Principal at both Shaddock Ventures and Shaddock & McNaught, Peter Shaddock, Jr. is committed to offering excellent service to residents of Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas.

Peter Shaddock, Jr. joined his father in the residential construction industry in 1983, accumulating further experience at an early age by working for Gagewood, which later became Gage Homes, and Hawkins Welwood Homes. Immediately after he graduated, Peter Shaddock accepted a position with Steve Roberts Custom Homes before moving on to his own companies.

Based in Plano, Shaddock & McNaught builds high-quality homes for the luxury market. Peter Shaddock, Jr. founded the company in 2004 with his best friend, Clay McNaught, and has since directed land acquisition, product design, and marketing. At Shaddock Ventures, Peter Shaddock, Jr. analyzes and acts on changes in the housing market as a result of recent banking crises. Peter Shaddock, Jr. and Shaddock Ventures assist sellers and banks while accumulating outstanding profits in a difficult economy. The offices of Shaddock Ventures are also located in Plano.

When he is not applying his assiduity and instincts to Shaddock Ventures and Shaddock & McNaught, Peter Shaddock, Jr. enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking with his wife, and camping with his entire family. Peter Shaddock, Jr. has three children and takes the time to coach their youth sports teams. Organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Love for Children receive Peter Shaddock, Jr.’s support.

Peter Shaddock, Jr. and his family reside in Dallas, where they are members of the Town North Family YMCA and the Lamplighter Parents’ Association.
