Capable executive possessing comprehensive global leadership experience in the Human Resource field, Phil Corke has held executive-level positions at Textron, Alpharma and Ansell Ltd. Presently, Phil Corke leverages his significant skill and expertise as Owner of Stratos Consulting.

Throughout his career, Phil has proven his ability to excel at first time learning situations, assess and problem solve quickly, while creating a greater sense of engagement in the organizations in which he has worked. A true strategic business partner, thoroughly adept at transforming organizations large and small, Phil has shown himself capable of building and leading strong teams, crafting insightful strategy, and creating the environment and organization that delivers results.

The most recent highlight of Phil’s career include his tenure at Ansell Ltd where, over the last twelve years, he played a key role in taking the company from being an international division of an under performing diversified Australian conglomerate (Pacific Dunlop), to being a profitable, global leader in the field of hand protection. Phil brought renewed efficiency and capability to organization by streamlining structures, globally, and identifying and hiring a strong leadership team

Before joining Ansell, Phil was the VP of Human Resources for Alpharma —a global leader in animal health care and generic pharmaceuticals, where he orchestrated significant structural change and introduced a number of best practice HR programs.

Phil is British and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Central England .
