CityZen, in Washington DC’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, continually gets some of the best reviews of any restaurant in the United States. Chef Eric Ziebold was one of ten chefs who received the prestigious James Beard ‘Best Chefs in America’ title in 2008. Known for its modern American cuisine, the bar at CityZen also serves some of the city’s finest martinis and has a large collection of single malt whiskeys.
