Old Ebbitt Grill

The Old Ebbitt Grill, Washington’s DC’s oldest, most historic saloon, was founded in 1856. It is across from the Treasury building and has several Victorian dining rooms. The food critic for the Washington Post wrote in 2008 “My vote for the single most decadent breakfast food in town is the Breakfast Club served at the venerable Old Ebbitt Grill.”
