Portman Wills is a software geek based in Washington, DC. He learned BASIC when he was seven and has been hooked ever since, especially when he learned that people would actually pay him to program. His private consulting practice, established in 1998, has delivered over 250 desktop and web applications to clients in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. After several years of travel, he and his wife Caitlin have returned to the strip malls and cul-de-sacs of Northern Virginia to live the suburban dream. They recently gave birth to their first daughter, Harper, and take every opportunity – including websites like this – to inform the world of her superior Tummy Time skills.
