Tsao is Ivy League-educated, having earned a Bachelor’s degree upon graduating magna cum laude from Princeton University and cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.

Metcircle Securities LLC is Tsao’s latest venture. Founded in 2005, Metcircle Securities expands upon the Metcircle Networking principles of providing a secure and informative community for wealthy families. The difference is that Metcircle Securities directly offers hedge fund opportunities and private equity funding to members. To ensure investors’ peace of mind, Tsao has registered Metcircle Securities with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
