Mr. Randall Palazzo is the President of Palazzo Custom Homes, LLC, a home construction and land development company based out of Portland, Oregon. Specializing in the creation of vintage-style homes, Randall Palazzo builds on infill city lots and strives to fit the unique charm of each neighborhood. Despite the suffering real estate market, Randall Palazzo’s company was Portland’s top builder in both 2008 and 2009. Over the past three years, Randall Palazzo has sold over 160 homes, all of which have been green certified through Earth Advantage. Randall Palazzo started his real estate career in 1988 while still studying at Portland Community College. Concentrating on neglected close-in areas, Randall Palazzo began purchasing many properties that had gone into foreclosure, taking on about 30 listings. Within two years, Randall Palazzo has become the top agent in his office by selling these properties to investors. Soon, Randall Palazzo began to personally purchase properties, accumulating over 100 within a decade. Randall Palazzo would put in the time to repair these old houses and then either rent or resell them as the land began to appreciate. Within 15 years, Randall Palazzo had bought and resold in excess of 1,000 homes throughout Portland, Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma. Eventually, Randall Palazzo was inspired to build houses that would match the old vintage styles of the Portland neighborhoods. Since 2004, Randall Palazzo has copyrighted the plans for almost 30 different styles of houses and now intends to make these plans available for purchase over the Internet. Currently, Randall Palazzo is focused on making the homes built by Palazzo Custom Homes as green as possible. In addition, Randall Palazzo supports Generation Green and has expanded Palazzo Custom Homes’ interest in preservation. Outside of his career, Randall Palazzo offers substantial contributions to the March of Dimes, the Humane Society of America, and Dornbecker Children’s Hospital.
