Randall Vogt, P.C. began his law practice in Portland, Oregon, in 1977. Not only has he tried more than 100 trials involving jury decisions, he has also tried 12 murder jury trials. In 2007, Randall Vogt tried a civil sexual abuse case in Washington County, which resulted with his client winning the highest personal injury verdict in the county. His specialty includes representing sexually assaulted or abused clients, and offers pro bono work depending on the client’s needs. He provides advice to his clients in both civil and criminal law, as cases involving accusations of sexual misconduct are often in both forms. In his recreational time, he likes to read, cycle, hike, and listen to music. Randall Vogt’s first degree was a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis, in 1972. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor in Salem, Oregon, from the Willamette University College of Law. While in school, Randall Vogt covered his everyday expenses by working a variety of jobs, including as a process server, hod carrier, telephone solicitor, and dairy farm worker. Later, Randall Vogt was able to work with the Legislative Counsel Committee. He received his certification from the Oregon State Bar in 1977 and is now also certified with the State of Oregon to work on cases involving the death penalty.
