Rebecca advises business owners and leaders to develop their organization through advancing their systems, processes, and programs. Her passion and expertise includes a deep understanding of the interdependencies of organizational social responsibility and citizenship, leading strategy development, organizational design, human capital management, change management and implementation, and continous quality improvement through the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program criteria. Her clients are small to medium sized, service driven, public and private, profit and nonprofit organizations.
Rebecca is finishing her dissertation for a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. She received her Masters of Public Policy with an emphasis in Local & Regional and International Policy from Pepperdine University and received a Bachelor’s in History with an emphasis in Comparative Political Analysis and International Relations from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
