Boca Raton, Florida resident Rhona Kirsner remains an active member of her community. In addition to her career as a Realtor with Lang Realty, Mrs. Kirsner involves herself with a number of charities, schools, and organizations. She has contributed to the Donna Klein Jewish Academy in several capacities. Rhona Kirsner served on the school’s board between 1995 and 1997; she also served as a committee member for the Scholarship Ball from 1994 to 1997.

Rhona Kirsner has also volunteered at other schools in the area. From 1998 to 2003, she worked at the Guidance Office at Spanish River High School in Boca Raton. Years earlier, she donated her time to work in the kindergarten at Calusa Elementary School. She also helped screen preschool children for eye problems through the National Council of Jewish Women. Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Mrs. Kirsner has offered free tax help and tax preparation to low-income families and individuals.

Rhona Kirsner earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. She worked for several firms as an Accountant Associate, where her responsibilities included preparing tax returns and financial statements. Mrs. Kirsner also served as Treasurer for the successful Robert Wexler for Congress campaign. In this position, she was responsible for preparing and filing necessary reports to the Federal Election Commission and reporting and depositing all campaign contributions. With her assistance, the campaign was able to raise over $1 million and help elect Mr. Wexler as Florida’s representative from the 19th District to the United States Congress.

In her personal life, Rhona Kirsner has been a member of the Woodfield Country Club, where she played on the tennis team and served as co-captain. She is currently a member of the Boca Raton Resort and Club, and she plays mahjong and golf. Mrs. Kirsner has been married for 34 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
