    Global Star Capital works with an extensive variety of principals and endeavors from around the world, demonstrated by two projects I strove to see realized a years ago.

    The first project, located in North Carolina USA, called for the expansion of a small retail operation. The owners, excited by the success of their store, wished to open new locations around the state. Animated by the owners’ enthusiasm and admirable work ethic, I traveled to their town on the North Carolina coast and spent time researching the endeavor and completing the necessary paperwork before seeking to secure an investor. To my surprise and delight, the principal expressed only a desire to serve and help his community, a heartwarming and laudable intent.

    The second, concurrent Global Star Capital project fell on the other end of the spectrum. Located in Cambodia, the plan entailed a large real estate deal, replete with complex sectors and high-powered, busy individuals. Working with the project’s main principal, an influential CEO, became difficult due to his hectic schedule and constant demand for delegation. In the end, however, we found an investor and closed the project, despite a number of factors threatening to unhinge our work. While a completely different undertaking from the local store that I helped in North Carolina, the Cambodia experience clearly demonstrates Global Star Capital’s versatility.

    At Global Star Capital, we are committed to realizing any solvent, profitable project, no matter the location or motivation. If a principal possesses the necessary passion, we can make it happen.
