With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Michigan State University, Rich Fennessy took his career from sales positions with IBM to his current status as a board member, Chief Executive Officer, and President of several technology companies. Rich Fennessy began his employment with IBM in 1987, filling a number of roles in the company’s sales and marketing departments in Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia. By 2004, Rich Fennessy worked in IBM offices from Minneapolis, Minnesota and Raleigh, North Carolina to Tokyo, Japan, and Sydney, Australia, taking on positions such as National Account Channel Sales Manager, Director of Asia Pacific Marketing, Vice President of Marketing, and General Manager. When he left IBM, Rich Fennessy was the General Manager of IBM.com, in charge of the IBM website and call centers located across the globe handling more than 350 million customer interactions each year.

Relocating to Tempe, Arizona, Rich Fennessy became the CEO and President of Insight Enterprises Inc., a company that creates hardware and software IT solutions for public sector and corporate organizations. Rich Fennessy’s efforts in expanding the company’s size and value earned him recognition as a VARBusiness Executive of the Year in 2008, and the company was featured in the Fortune 500 list. Rich Fennessy currently lives with his wife and children in Paradise Valley, Arizona, where he is developing Luvit List, LLC, an iOS-compatible application that allows people to share memories and experiences more easily through their online social networks. In addition to Luvit List, Rich Fennessy is also active as a board member with several other companies including PeopleJar, Inc., where he re-aligned the company’s vision and raised more than $2.5 million to support the company’s financial growth. Working in his community, Rich Fennessy gives back to several charitable organizations and serves as the President of Xavier College Preparatory High School’s Board of Trustees.
