Robert J. Pape Jr. is known to many through his frequent lectures to business and civic organizations on charitable giving techniques, estate planning and probate related topics, including donor presentations on behalf of non-profit organizations to increase mission awareness and increase donor support. One of Pape’s greatest assets is his ability to act as a liaison between organizations and their donors. Robert J. Pape Jr. began lecturing while he worked as an attorney in New York. During his legal career, he specialized in representing middle market and high net worth individuals in estate planning and wealth management. Pape has also contributed his time in service to his community. While working as an attorney, Pape began to serve as a chaplain and volunteer fireman with the Port Washington Fire Department. Pape was a first responder to the 9/11 attacks in New York City. Pape received a degree in accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where he graduated cum laude. He went on to study law and graduate with distinction from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Several years after establishing his legal practice , Robert J. Pape Jr. took a position as an eighth grade instructor at St. Peter of Alcantara School. Pape is a member of the St. Peter of Alcantara Parish and assisted in the construction of a social ministry facility and food pantry there. Robert J. Pape Jr.’s devotion to community service is reflected in the path of his professional career. He moved from practicing law to coordinating fundraising campaigns as Regional Endowment Counsel and Associate Regional Director for the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts of America. Pape also worked with the Institute for Student Achievement in Lake Success, New York, as Development Consultant and as Manager of Development Operations. Before founding Pape Consulting Services, LLC in Port Washington, New York, Robert J. Pape Jr. worked for the Interfaith Nutrition Network in Hempstead, New York, as Director of Fundraising.
